What's on through the year

The fair is four days in September. The grounds work the rest of the year too — bingo, competitions, entry deadlines and community events.

Drive-In Bingo

One of the Society's longest-running fundraisers, played from your car on the fairgrounds. It brings people onto the grounds week after week, and what it raises goes into the same pot as everything else: the exhibitions, the buildings and the fair.

Held on the Carp Fairgrounds, 3790 Carp Road.
Play from your vehicle — the lot opens ahead of the first call.
50/50 raffle tickets are also sold in person during bingo.

Drive-In Bingo is a licensed charitable gaming event. Its licence details are published by the Society directly and are not reproduced here until confirmed.

Competitions and exhibitions

Livestock, produce and homecraft classes run during the fair, with entries closing in the weeks before. The junior department is open to school-age entrants.

Sales opened on 2 July 2026 and close on 27 September 2026, with the draw the same afternoon.
